Tastes just like maple.
I bought one of these lollipops at a gift fair stand, and immediately needed more. I would've stocked up then if I knew what I was getting into. These pops taste just like maple with a perfect balance of sweet. They also just taste natural - probably thanks to have having artificial stuff. Even though you have to buy in bulk to make it worth its while in shipping, I find it to worth it and gave away the extras as gifts.
